1. What makes ZoneFusion sunglasses different from other sports eyewear?


Our sunglasses are designed specifically for baseball and high-intensity outdoor play. Each lens and frame is built with athlete-level performance in mind: photochromic (color-shifting) lenses, UV400 protection, anti-glare clarity, and a secure fit engineered for dynamic movement. 2. How do the photochromic lenses work and when do they activate?


The photochromic lenses used in our flagship models automatically adjust their tint level in response to changing light conditions. When you move from shade to bright sunlight (such as when chasing a ball or fielding outdoors), the lens darkens to reduce glare and improve contrast. Conversely, when you return to lower-light conditions, the lens lightens to allow more clarity and detail.

This means you don’t have to switch eyewear mid-game or training - you get adaptive performance. Additionally, our lenses provide UV400 protection to block 100% of UV-A and UV-B rays, offering both clarity and protection.

3. What is your shipping policy and is there free shipping?


We offer free shipping on orders of US $99 and above (as indicated on the site: “FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $99+”). For smaller orders, standard shipping fees apply - please check the checkout page for current rates and estimated delivery times.

4. What is your warranty or return policy for ZoneFusion products?


We stand behind the quality and performance of our eyewear. If you receive a defective product (for example, a lens that is damaged, coating that peels, or a frame that fails under normal use), please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will assess and provide either a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Please retain your proof of purchase and ensure you comply with our policy timelines (check the “Return & Exchange Policy” link in the Help Center). Note: normal wear and tear, misuse or damage from external sources may not be covered under warranty.
