At RayStrike, we design performance-driven eyewear, vision tech, and accessories for athletes who demand clarity, protection, and reliability in real-game conditions.

This limited warranty applies to all RayStrike products, including sunglasses, vision-enhancing eyewear, camera-integrated gear, and related accessories purchased through our official store or authorized sellers.

1. Warranty Coverage Period

RayStrike provides a 12-month limited warranty starting from the original date of purchase.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and applies to products purchased directly from RayStrike or from authorized RayStrike retailers.

2. Products Covered Under This Warranty

This warranty applies to all RayStrike products, including but not limited to:

  • Performance baseball sunglasses
  • Anti-glare sunglasses
  • Photochromic (color-shifting) sunglasses
  • Tinted performance lenses (including orange and contrast-enhancing lenses)
  • Camera-integrated eyewear and vision tech (e.g. StrikeCam series)
  • RayStrike accessories and care products supplied with or designed for RayStrike eyewear

This policy applies regardless of product name, series, or future releases.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

Examples include:

  • Frame cracking or structural failure caused by manufacturing defects
  • Lens defects such as coating separation, peeling, or delamination due to production issues
  • Optical distortion caused by manufacturing defects
  • Hinge or joint failure when used properly

4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

  • Accidents, misuse, negligence, dropping, or external impact
  • Normal wear and tear, including lens scratches or cosmetic changes
  • Damage caused during gameplay collisions or ball impact
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party parts
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Purchases made from unauthorized sellers or resale platforms

5. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Purchase date and product name
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3โ€“5 business days.

6. Repair & Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved:

  • RayStrike will attempt to repair the product first
  • If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with the same model or an equivalent model if discontinued

RayStrike will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.
This applies to both U.S. and international customers.

Typical processing time is 10โ€“20 business days from the date we receive the product.

7. Performance Commitment

Every RayStrike product is inspected and tested to meet the demands of competitive play and high-glare outdoor conditions.

If your product qualifies for warranty service, we will ensure it is returned to you in proper working condition so you can perform with confidence.

8. Care & Maintenance Guidelines

To help preserve product performance and warranty eligibility:

  • Store eyewear in the provided protective case
  • Clean lenses using the supplied microfiber pouch
  • Avoid extreme heat exposure (such as car dashboards under direct sun)
  • Avoid chemical cleaners, solvents, or sprays
  • Do not modify or replace lenses, frames, or components with third-party parts
