When you choose Zone Pro ChromaShift, you’re choosing performance, clarity, and confidence on the field. We stand behind our product—and want you to play with peace of mind.

1. Coverage Period

Zone Fusion provides a 2-year (24 months) limited warranty from the date of purchase, valid for the original purchaser, on all Zone Pro ChromaShift eyewear purchased via our official store or authorized retailers. (Many premium eyewear brands offer 1–2 year warranties for manufacturing defects.)

2. What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Examples include:

  • Frame cracks or breakage due to production fault.
  • Lens or coating separation, delamination, or peeling caused by manufacturing processes.
  • Hinges or joints that fail despite proper use and care.

3. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, negligence, dropping, or external impacts.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on lenses) — these are considered cosmetic.
  • Alterations or repairs not authorized by Zone Fusion (e.g., third-party lens replacement, non-approved parts).
  • Purchase from unauthorized sellers or resale items.
  • Loss or theft of the product.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@zonefusion.myshopify.com (or use our online “Warranty Claim” form) with:
    - Order number or proof of purchase.
    - Purchase date, model name or SKU.
    - Clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
  2. Once we receive your claim, we will respond within 3-5 business days to confirm eligibility and provide instructions on sending the product for inspection.
  3. If the defect is covered, we will, at our discretion:
    - Repair the product; or
    - Replace it with the same model (or equivalent if discontinued); or
    - Issue a credit or refund if replacement is unavailable.
  4. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our authorized service center; Zone Fusion will cover return shipping for valid warranty replacements within the USA (international shipping may incur additional cost).
  5. Typical processing time: 10-20 business days from our receipt of the item.

5. Our Commitment to You

  • Every Zone Pro ChromaShift product is quality-checked for performance in real-world baseball conditions and under high sun glare.
  • If your product is under valid warranty, we will extend the warranty period by the time the item was held for repair or replacement.
  • Our customer care team is available to assist with usage, care tips, or support questions—because your game, clarity, and experience matter to us.

6. Care & Maintenance Tips (to preserve warranty coverage)

  • Store your sunglasses in the supplied protective case and use the micro-fibre cleaning pouch to wipe lenses.
  • Avoid using paper towels or tissues (can cause micro-scratches).
  • Do not expose the lenses to extreme heat (e.g., car dashboard under direct sun) or strong chemical cleaners (hair spray, solvents).
  • Avoid modifying or replacing lenses/frames with third-party parts — this will void warranty coverage.
  • If you notice any issue (e.g., peeling, cracking, optical distortion), contact us promptly.
