Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping is available for orders $99+ (after discounts).

  • For orders below $99, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear in the system, depending on the carrier.

If your tracking number does not update after several days, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.


Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If there is an error in your address, contact us within 12 hours so we can update it before your order ships.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages caused by customer input errors


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  2. Include photos of the product and packaging

  3. Provide your order number
